Checkout Process & Payment Methods

When adding an item to your cart, you get the option to proceed to checkout and choose your shipping- and payment method.


The checkout page (see below) is all you need to complete your order.
You can log in with your user account on the left, or fill in your details if you don't have/want an account.

We need your address details in order to ship your items, so make sure your address is correct.
Your email is used to contact you and inform you of your order status and tracking code of your package.

Next, you can choose your shipping method (which may vary depending on your shipping address and the weight/size of your order).

1. Add items to your cart & press Checkout or Shopping Cart.
2. Fill in your address details, we need them to ship your order.
3. Choose your payment method: PayPal, Bank/wire Transfer, Bitcoin payment, iDeal, DIRECTebanking/Sofort, Bancontact/MisterCash, CreditcardPrzelewy24 or Giropay.
4. Redeem a discount coupon if you have one, agree to our terms & click "Submit order" to complete your order by paying for it.

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order and showing your order status.
We will process your order and an email will be automatically sent when your order has been shipped.
If your package was shipped with a tracking code, it will be included in the email. You can track your shipments at the website of PostNL, the Dutch postal service.

Order statuses

The following order statuses will can applied to your order:
- Failed Your order has been cancelled, this can be done either automatically or on purpose. Contact us if you have questions.
- Queued Your order has been received and is awaiting payment.
- Processed Payment has been received and we are collecting your order.
- Backordered Items that aren't in stock have been ordered. 
- Complete Your order has been shipped and will arrive as soon as possible!



We have thousands and thousands of products in stock and unfortunately sometimes products are not in stock or our supplier has trouble supplying it. If that's the case, we'll let you know. We will send you an email which tells you to log in to our backorder system with your zipcode and order number (you can find it in our emails).

There you can find the status of your order, ask us questions about it, ask for a replacement item so you can still make that race this weekend or get a refund. Contact us, we're happy to help you!


Tax free shopping

If you're a non-EU customer, all Tax/VAT will automatically be removed when you select your country while checking out. All prices will automatically update after selecting your non-Eu country and all prices will be shown without Tax/VAT.
