DESCRIPTION
Fix It! Mounting adhesive is a polyurethane-addition-component adhesive based on polyurethane. It reacts with the water content of the parts to be bonded, the humidity or applied water (moisten slightly). Anhydrous materials (eg metals) must be moistened after application of the adhesive.

Application of generally
The parts to prepare. The parts must be clean, dust and grease. Fix It! PU-sided adhesive applied to the less porous (absorbent) part and distribute. Components fit together and secured against slipping. After about 10 minutes, the Fix It! PU-glue firmly. the fixation can be solved. After about 24 hours receives the Fix It! PU-adhesive mounting its final hardness. Heat and humidity accelerate the reaction, ie, the pot life and cure time is shortened.

Application wood
Fix It! PU-glue is like cold glue (white glue) to apply. On the prepared pieces together apply and fix. Fix It! PU-adhesive bonds in wood are resistant to hydrolysis (water resistant) and fuel resistant. Fix It! PU-adhesive bonding can edit them later easily, even with repairs to the same place again.

EPP application, styrofoam and similar foams
Open-cell foams can be bonded directly. Closed cell foams should be roughened or abraded to the Fix It! PU-adhesive can penetrate into the structure. Broken and cut parts can be glued directly. Fittings (eg fuselage, wings, etc.) should always be cleaned to the adhesive surfaces (release agent residues) and are roughened so that the Fix It! PU-adhesive can penetrate deep into the material and networking.

Applying CFRP, GFRP and aluminum
All parts to prepare for bonding, in each case degrease all parts thoroughly and roughen. Always go out of it, adhere to that principle, all parts of release agents or grease. Fix It! PU-glue on both parts, lightly moisten the parts and fix it.

Application
Bonding of various materials such as Styrofoam or EPP with wood, GRP with wood, etc.
