Graphite front plate is CNC-machined from high-grade carbon graphite, ensuring highest strength with lightest weight. Redesigned to accommodate the all-new 2016 design updates, including new front upper brace and connection to new bulkheads and front suspension.

All XRAY graphite parts are CNC-machined in-house using state-of-the-art fully-automatic German CNC-milling machines, ensuring the tightest tolerances and highest manufacturing quality. Manufactured from high-grade, custom-manufactured carbon graphite that is specially produced based on XRAY’s own recipe and specifications.
