Dit is pas driften: de nieuwe Kyosho Fazer D2 is een driftchassis dat vanaf de grond af is opgebouwd om te driften.
Waar de meeste driftauto’s een omgebouwde onroad race auto zijn, is de Fazer D2 een compleet nieuw chassis ontwerp, speciaal om te driften.
Dat zie je aan alles: van de motor die recht boven de accu ligt, de ESC die verstopt is aan de achterkant van het chassis, de dwarsliggende accu achterin het chassis, de verstelbare draagarmen: alles is zo ontworpen dat de Trueno super goed kan driften, meteen uit de doos.

De verstelbare draagarmen zorgen voor een variabel instelbare breedte van de auto: zowel de voor- als achterdraagarmen kunnen in lengte worden versteld.
VERSTELBAAR CHASSIS
Het chassis is op 3 lengtes af te stellen: short, normal en long. Zo kun je plaats maken voor langere of kortere bodies en het rijgedrag van de auto aanpassen. De wielbasis kan hierdoor verandert worden van 240mm tot en met 274mm.
Er passen zowel korte (shorty) als normale LiPo’s in dit chassis.
